Dealing with them is like pulling teeth. Every call is connected over seas. Lots of misinformation is given. Lots of employees not doing their due diligence to get your information. Calls not returned. You can't talk to a supervisor. They can't follow simple instructions. They lie about the progress they've made or attempts made to solve your issue. All around a horrible company to deal with.

I have used LeaseLabs services on several branding projects over the last 24 months and have nothing but great things to say. The team was easy to work with and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They made the branding process easy with their step by step process. I appreciated their attention to detail and ability to take my vision and bring it to life.

Leaselabs has cutting edge ideas and working with their creative team is very collaborative and a great experience. Unfortunately their 'behind the scenes' roles need major work. Accounting invoices tend to be wrong, outdated, or missing information. I have come to not trust the techlab after SO many 'tickets closed' where the final product still had tech errors on it.
If you have a custom website or product with Leaselabs, they will sell you upfront and promise you undivided attention and support but once the product moves in QA, good luck having it launch correctly. They make a good product, but need to get the whole company to the level of the quality control that the VP's have.

LeaseLabs has a tendency to create great websites in development phases but with poor quality control in execution. Every time we have launched a new page, there are always a ton of little things that are yet to be fixed. They are notorious of launching their sites before checking that everything is ready. Not only is their quality poor, their help desk is a nightmare.
To have anything fixed is a dreaded chore. I have spent countless hours attempting to have my problems solved when they refuse to believe that my problem is valid until I physically show them on a call. This is not the way that customers should be treated. I also follow them on Facebook and EVERY post is them partying and going to #WineWednesday. Is this why the help desk is not available to help me?!
To top it off, their accounting department is a mess. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have received an invoice there has been something wrong with it. Not to mention, that most of the positive reviews on google came straight from their company. Most of them are not even real. Of course they think highly of themselves. They are blind to the distress they have caused other companies.
