Great local print and design company, we use Appeal to do all our business print and design and are extremely happy with the service and output.

Great to deal with such a professional company. Not only competitive but the service and delivery of the goods and services were exactly as promised. Highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone.

Worst company EVER! Run, don't walk away. This company promised me a site, for a LOT of money, that they could never get to be fully functional for everything I paid for. They could not figure out how to get the PayPal to work properly, users constantly have trouble uploading their photos, the list goes ON AND ON. They promised, and I paid for things that they were not able to deliver.

The final culmination was that Tracy, placed an ad on my site using a copywritten photo from a prominent photographer and got my site sued! You can't make this stuff up. Now I see that they have LIED, and sent out an email as if they are closing down and "Going in another direction", yet their site is up and running. Truly terrible people. Like I said, RUN, don't walk!

I Don't even want to give 1 star, you should get a lump of coal! They took us for over 20K and wanted us to start paying $1200 monthly to market our site that they could never get to work. Problems after problems and then nothing. Shame on you Tracy and Victor, shame on you. We want our money back!

I've worked with Appeal Media for several of my websites. I love working with them because they just get it. They really think outside the box and are always looking downline for creative things we can do to grow and market my sites. 'Forward thinking' is what they call it. I love that they're always giving me suggestions to drive more traffic to my site because it makes me know that they care about the success of my business.

When I came to them with some very specific ideas of what I wanted, they gave me some really good ideas & suggestions to make it even better. They weren't just stuck on doing it their way but worked with me to get it just right. I love that. And because of that, I got a product that really did exceed what I expected. And when I wasn't getting the results I expeced for traffic, they put me on a great marketing plan that not only brought my ranking up, but helped boost my income.

I feel like we're a team, in every sense of the word. I view them as 'my' web team, part of my crew. They get back to me right away and I've never had to wait longer than 48 hours for any edits I've asked for, no matter how busy they are. I really appreciate that. I recommend Appeal Media to anyone who's looking to not only create a great site, but who's looking to team with a group that has your best interests at heart. They have your back and will help you grow your business.

I've fully enjoyed my relationship with Appeal Media. Unlike other web design companies that are rigid and unyielding to changes (hey, sometimes something looks better in another color, right?), Appeal Media is open and engaging enough to make a site dazzling, whatever it takes. They have done two of mine to date. Good job, Appeal Media!

I found Appeal Media and Tracy to be extremely easy and professional to deal with. They were able to come up with exactly what I was looking for in a website/store without me having to explain to them every detail I wanted. Any followup problem I had was taken care of in a timely manner by their technical staff. I have dealt with other web designers and they were just a waste of time and money. Zero complaints from me.

I have used Appeal Media for three of my restaurants and have found this company to be absolutely incredible in matching my concept with the website. (They even won a national web award with one of my sites) They would constantly update the site and offer me new ideas to keep the site fresh and up to date. They are inspired designers and extremely creative in their approach, no one comes close to their quality and price. They have been innovative and cutting edge, fair and honest and I could not be more pleased with the results. I can honestly recommend them to anyone.

By far, THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. Avoid them like the plague. If you are even considering using these guys for website creation or hosting, contact me on YELP! I will tell you everything that happened to us while attempting to work with these guys for a year - trying to get our website created. We spent close to $20,000 to have website with a shopping cart, and a year later we still do not have a completed website!

Read on. I could write a novel about this company and its lack of technical capability, lack of follow through, lack of timeliness, lack on concern and of course, lack of actually providing us with an operational website a year later. Even more ridiculous is that they had my family prepay close to $20,000 to create this unfinished product. All we ever get are excuses - from server and hosting problems, schedules that were just too busy to finish our site, to finding out the shopping cart program they selected to build our site on was full of hacker tools, back-doors and viruses.

We even moved our partially completed site to a hosting service that hosts millions of websites (to at least get to a more secure provider). Within days, we were taken down by the new provider because our site was spamming the world due to the unsecured shopping cart. We told Victor and Tracy (the owners of Appeal) about the problems, but once again, they came up with more excuses and even blamed us for all the problems with the website.

We can't even log into the site to make changes to it, yet it is our fault for it not working.amazing. To this day, we are out close to $20,000, we have no website, the new provider has taken us down, Appeal will not complete the site and actually wants to charge us $1200 more to get another shopping cart program!
