The owners son, Jake reached out to me about a project and it has been drawn out over a month since the initial meeting. I have to prod Jake every time I would like an update. As of now it has been 13 days since my last contact without acknowledgment. This is definitely making me think twice about using them on the regular as I was hoping to give them an ongoing production project. Now, I am not so sure I can count on them.

I would rather they just tell me that this is not something they are interested in and be honest if that is the case but that is not the initial feeling I had from Jake. The delays have faltered my first impression and I do not feel as good about recommending them or possibly using them, maybe its just the other employees are more vested in the company?. My other two interactions/transactions with Tower Printing were great, I had interacted with Kade and he was stellar.

We have used Tower Printing twice now. They are very thorough and I am very happy. They are good about getting you a quote and proofs. We will be using them again and again! Great communication.
