I have been working with Flyers Direct for years but no longer. I ordered business cards a week in advance that I needed for a conference out of town. Due to an upload error from their site, it didn't accept one side of my design, so there was a comments box, I added notes with dropbox links to my files in case they had an issue loading the file. I had my assistant call and confirm with someone that Friday that the proper design would be printed.
My assistant called back Monday to confirm that they would be ready by Tuesday morning. Oh I should note, this is for my call center business, so all my assistants calls are automatically recorded. Imagine my surprise when I show up Tuesday morning and was given cards blank on one side. I was even more shocked when the manager came out to tell me that the whole process is automated, nobody reviews it before print, not a very good response to my question about "what happened to my comments, how come nobody has read them".
What was even more disappointing was being lied to my face that he spoke with my assistant and stated that he never promised they would be ready by Tuesday 10 am when we have him saying it in a recording. I asked them to fix the problem by overnighting the cards to Nashville where I was going for my conference (my flight was 2 hours away from when I stopped in). Thursday, 2 days later, they are still trying to tell my assistant that they can't overnight them it's too expensive while it's already too late, I needed them TODAY.
I hope the few dollars you saved was worth the lost lifetime value of the marketing company that my wife owns or the lost value of people who wont use you because they read this review. I gave your company multiple opportunities to fix, it's rare for me to take the time to write a negative review but as a business owner, I feel I should share my experience with others and I'll be looking for another local owned print shop in Metro Phoenix that I can take my business to that has better processes and cares more about their customers to make it right.

I called them to get a quote for design services. The guy who answered the phone was ridiculously condescending. I run a local nonprofit that assists dogs in our county shelters. I asked for some guidance regarding sizing for event flyers and apparently that was the wrong question to ask. This business came highly recommended to me from another local business owner, and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. They might produce a great product, but I'll never know.

I engaged in their design services for a postcard size flier in 2013-14. I purchased licensing for all of the photos in my postcard, hired one of their graphic designers to design my card, using my photos, paid a rate to have my design done. paid an additional disclosed fee for printing my cards. They got the job done. I was satisfied. 3 years later all I wanted was a re-print. First, they would not release the file to me that included all of my licensed photos and design that I had paid for. Forced me to use them for print 11/17/2017.
Continued to call to submit my payment and they did not respond to my call Until 12/4/17. Paid for service. It is 12/13/17 and still no one will respond to me about when my product will be ready. In the meantime, I hired another designer/printer and they were able to reproduce the same product in 4 days. When you do business with Flyers Direct, they will charge you for design work, and your design will be kept hostage so you have to use their service and they will take as long as they want to release your product.

Iv'e been working with Flyers Direct since back in the day when they were delivering your business cards out of the trunk of their car 10 years ago. Now they are a good size business with a full printing staff and design department. Cary, one of the owners is a stand up guy that does the right thing and always offers smart solutions. These are busy guys, which I understand owning a small business so they are sometimes a little late on things, but well worth the wait on the finished product.
Most of all they are honest! They do great printing, stand behind their product and do embroidery /screen printing of all kinds. I highly recommend them. They also do car wraps and signs.check out our cool door and sign!

I've used Flyers Direct several times and have never been disappointed. This week they went above and beyond with customer service! I picked up a batch of 1,000 postcards that printed terrible due to my poor graphics. I had the SAME postcard in the que to print 5,000. Robert Davis saved the DAY! They stopped the print and he went out of his way to improve the graphics.
He was in full communication with me every step of the way. He did a stellar job and gave me a product I could never have imagined! The team got the cards printed in record time! I haven't experienced that kind of customer service in a long time. This office works hard, tows the line, delivers and on top of it all does it with QUALITY. They have my business! I highly recommend!

Love it! I ordered business cards from Flyers Direct through Origami Owl and they came out WONDERFUL. they arrived very quickly as well! Customer service was incredibly kind. I had called to see when I should expect my order (not because it was taking too long, but because I was all excited) and she gave me my answer and was super nice. My cards arrived in less than a week. I highly recommend this company!

Mark at Flyer's Direct has been the primary Printer for AIDS Walk Phoenix and Aunt Rita's Foundation for the last 2 years. He produces quality materials, with prompt turnaround times, with every single project. Mark also goes above and beyond with all of his work, and sometimes even volunteers to deliver printed materials. His prices are always very competitive, and he delivers very professional product at a price that's within a non-profits budget. Recently, an employee at our organization forgot to print something that was neccessary for an event.
We contacted Mark the day before the event and he was able to deliver exactly what we needed less than 24 hours later, delivering to our office on a Saturday. He came through for us in a huge way and went far above and beyond what I would ever expect from a printer. He was a lifesaver. We utilize them for almost 100% of our printing, and recommend them on a regular basis. I would not take our printing to anyone else in town, and encourage everyone reading this to call Flyer's Direct and ask for Mark.

I am extremely impressed by Robert Davis at Flyers Direct! I needed some business cards designed and printed in a short time frame for a conference and he really came through. He kept in constant contact with me during the process and was responsive and willing to work with my changes. I really appreciate the service and I will be working with them again if I need any print work done. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is good.
