In a world where we have such an overpopulation of businesses and services, I feel the need to give these guys a review so the public can know about them. I found them on google; called and emailed them regarding business cards. They walked me through how to enter an order on line using their system. They only charged 2 hours to fix our logo (We used a portion of our existing logo and it was pixelated.) They did everything that they said they would; they were professional, courteous, attentive listeners and they can spell correctly; which is very important these days.
They emailed us back and forth updating the cards with our requested changes. There were zero delays and the cards were completed and ready for pick up. There were no hassles and no problems. I feel they are a good solid business and we would and will use them again. I highly recommend them.

I would caution anyone considering using ADG! I have found them to use unfair and unethical business practices on a large job I'm just finishing. ADG's contract requires full payment upon ordering. I paid over $2,500 for 1,000 calendars to sell for my business. Poor quality control resulted in my having to return 35% of my order due to bright blue streaks across my calendar photos. ADG refused to reimburse me for $300 in wasted binding costs, as these badly printed calendars were already through the bindery. ADG reprinted the faulty calendars and told me they "did me a big favor." Half of those reprints were delivered to me with wavy, warped paper and were unusable. ADG will take no responsibility for delivering them to me that way. Calendar covers have large dent marks from ADG's cutting machine that ADG claims they can't do anything about, "it's just what the machine does." Each time they delivered prints to me, the number was short. Managers stay hidden and are inaccessible upon request.
How can a company stay in business who contracts to print an order, take the customers money, and then fail to deliver the full order? I don't get it. ADG has taken no responsibility for their equipment failure, their poor quality control that resulted in an incomplete order, and they are blaming the customer? They refuse to refund me any of the money I paid them to do my job that is short 20% and now tell me to go away.
Buyer Beware! I'm out over $1,000 in printing and binding costs, countless hours of hassle, and lost potential sales. Please stay away from ADG! (It's interesting that "someone" has clearly solicited positive reviews in the last few days after I told them on 11/7/11 I would be posting a negative one! Last week, there were zero reviews on this page.)
