They are always quick to please not real educated on how to order he's very helpful with me my print on my shirts I have never had one returned for print coming off and I have lots of return customers

Great company. Very competitve. I've ben using Choice Imagine for 10-15 years for our construction company and their price/quality is always great. They do everything locally and have a fast turn around. We typically get hoodies, T-shirts, polos and hats from them. They also do some lower quantity custom embroidery for us if we need it which is really helpful. Highly recommend!

My company orders shirts, hoodies, beanies, hats & safety vests a couple of times a year. We have tried a few online companies but really wanted to find a good local company. I searched and found Custom Image and we are happy to be extremely satisfied customers! Mike and Patti have been so helpful, friendly and accommodating! Our business is in Lakewood and so is Custom Image so I can run right over to pick up an order as soon as it's ready.

I gave them 2 stars because they ultimately gave me a refund, but my whole experience here was a DISASTER beyond up to that point. They changed the logo I gave them without approval and printed it anyway. The shirts they gave me were different shades of the same color from one shirt to the next, and even on the front vs back of the same shirt (they blamed it on the material but the other two places I have gone through didn't have a problem.

They offered to reprint them all and told me I would have them on time for my event on Saturday the 4th. I called on Friday the 3rd to ask about picking them up and they had not even begun to print them because they still couldn't get the color right. They never bothered to tell me and I was left with not shirts for my event. I asked for a refund and was put off several times. Finally got the refund two weeks later after many phone calls and emails (which they never responded to).

Very easy to order custom t shirts, staff was friendly and helpful. Price was better than i thought. I'd go back.

This place was the only one we called out of dozens, that did not require we embroider an entire case off jackets. The price was MUCH better than the shops offering to do less than a dozen. The work was really nice quality and the lady Kathleen was very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I ordered t-shirts for my unit at the hospital.everyone loves these shirts. They look great and so they requested a second order. I sent the exact art work over (digitally) and it still cost me $30.00. I have to say I've also been really disappointed with the customer service at Choice Image. They have all been nice enough to deal with on the phone but in terms of returning calls, emails and making me feel that I am important I would give them a 3/10.

I realize that my order was small.a total of about 60 t-shirts in two orders.but honestly, they do not follow up. They say they will call and they don't. I never even received the second order invoice and when I bought and paid for the t-shirts it was wrong. So I called to let them know. I was told they would get right back to me. Three business days later.nothing.

I would not recommend them in the future to anyone who asks about the tshirts which is really disappointing because I have not recieved the first apology or attempt to correct this. Two orders later.it hasnt been a bit different. I will not be recommending Choice Image to anyone here at the hospital which is a shame because I love to support the locals.

Great service and FAST! I only needed 8 custom shirts and they were by far the best priced - and they got the job done in less than a week! Great communication and love the way the shirts turned out. Will use again in the future for sure!

I'm a teacher/coach at a nearby high school. I've been using them for the past 5 years. Not a single complaint. They handle all my orders no matter how small. You could probably get a lower price elsewhere by using a larger company but I like the customer service here.
