Bill is the real deal! He listens well and really wants to please his customers - all for a great price! He's an excellent communicator who writes clear and concise emails. Never once throughout my logo design process did he leave me hanging or wondering what was going on. He even provided examples of my logo before asking for a penny and I know he worked during a weekend for me.
