Lisa is durable, flexible, mold and mildew resistant, and applies readily to a wide variety of substrates. No. Wait. Okay, here we go: Lisa ran a design and advertising studio in CA for 6 years prior to moving to Georgia and establishing Crowing Hen Creative. While her career focus has been primarily on graphic design, her knack for persuasive copy writing locked arms with an inherent inclination toward sales-driven marketing strategies, and together they quickly elbowed their way frontstage. In fact, her ability to hone in on what others wish to communicate, discern what is and is not relevant, and then convey that message to others is a primary factor in her success. Essentially, she is a natural-born communicator and relationship-builder, who is also good at artsy stuff.

Visual appeal is essential in engaging an audience, but a graphic designer's job is much more than just making something look pretty. Pretty is only enough for about 15 seconds. After that, a well-designed piece better have some substance. It better do something. Truly great design persuades the audience, it inspires an actual response. Lisa believes in goal-oriented, results-driven design.

Her primary weaknesses are a slightly over-developed problem-solving compulsion, left-handedness, a tendency to defend run-on sentences by claiming they are merely written in the stream of consciousness style, and a sense of humor that leans toward sarcasm.
