Horrible Communication Skills. As a small business owner myself, I was referred to this company to wrap my company vehicle when I purchased it. I reached out (via email) and spoke with someone in order to set up for my vehicle to obtain a wrap. I sent over the design and confirmed it was what I wanted, but when it came time to schedule the appointment I was having a hard time when obtaining the address, getting a call back or simply receiving a response so that I could drop my car off. i even went to the extent of reaching out to the car dealership that referred me and having them contact the guy so that I could obtain the information that I needed in order to drop my car and get the appointment set up.
After about 3 weeks I gave up and found a new company to go through, and now 2 months later they are contacting me to set up my wrap and obtain payment because they order the custom wrap but never followed up with me on drop off, pick up, location or anything.

Saw their car parking in the EV charging spots at the hotel I was staying in for 3 nights in a row (leaving and coming back, making a decision every day to take that type of space). This tells me enough about the type of company this is. I would not recommend using their services, especially if you are an EV owner.

If you want one of a kind custom work, this is the place to go. They were very professional, quick, and their work is outstanding! CJ R. coordinated the project and was always super helpful and quick to get back with a response. Abraham did the wrap and it looks awesome! I highly recommend this place! :-

Ha! I got a quote to wrap my hood and these guys were asking for $500. I called a bunch of shops in Dallas and got similar or higher quotes. I found US Pro Signs on Facebook. (they go by "affordable vehicle wraps dallas" on Google) they gave me a quote for $350 and i went to get it done the next day. Looks like paint baby! Save your money and get the exact same wrap for a lot less at US Pro Signs.
