I have been working with this sign shop for over a year and they are AMAZING! Anytime I have had issues with my files they have worked with me to get them right. Their turn around time is incredible! The staff is prompt to reply to emails and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Sign Guy to anyone who needs any kind of printing done!

This is the second time we have ordered signs from them and they did not come out like we wanted. The first time our for sale signs had blurry writing. They said that it was the files fault, my question is why would they print multiple signs when it was so apparent that the first one came out blurry without checking with us first. As professionals I think it's their Duty to make sure signs come out with quality.

They would not refund us or give us a discount, they would not rewrap the signs. They agreed to put a 4 by 10 sticker with new print over the writing. The corners are already peeling back. The second time we ordered 15 open house signs for a total of $422 my wife asked that they put two brackets on the top of the sign, they replied back in the email two brackets on the top and bottom of the open house sign (mind you they are fully aware that these signs hang from A-frames and are about 4 inches above the ground, there's no possibility of hanging a bottom rider) my wife was busy and missed their add on so she gave the go-ahead.

I understand she should have read the email more thoroughly but I don't understand why they recommended two on the bottom once again with sign making being their profession. they probably make hundreds open house signs a month and I seriously doubt anyone has ever requested two brackets on the bottom. Again I asked for a discount or for them to fix it the answer was no.

Pretty frustrated with this company, they're not doing charity work. Twice I have paid market value for inferior products, not to mention both times they tried to make it seem as if it was our fault.

Asked for a quote a week ago and never got it. Called the store they said they would email me a quote again never got it. Sent artwork same day and still havent got an email for a price. Please if your on a time restraint ignore this company for a quick easy turnaround. Because its not Good Luck!

Saw these guys parking their truck in the van accessible disabled parking at a 7 Eleven. Clearly neither of them were disabled. There were plenty of other spaces they could use. Why would anyone use such an inconsiderate business?

Needed to be added to our Started our journey with Signs Now. Almost 2 months of delays and excuses, and 2 attempts (first one was put up without our approval and was nearly invisible, second attempt was wrong colors and wrong size) had to move on. Next tried Unique Signs, after 1 week of not getting responses to emails had to move on again. Finally talked with Sarah at Signguy and wow!

They were awesome. Day 1 I sent them our logo file. Day 2 they were in our office with a printed sample of the sign and a vinyl color catalog to show us. Day 3 I got the quote and paid it. Day 4 it was installed 1 day ahead of schedule and it's spectacular.

Changing sign companies was something I have been wanting and needing to do for quite some time. I kept putting it off due to the hassle. Once I did, it has been the best thing ever! I can't tell you how happy we are and wished we had done it SOONER! These guys are fantastic to work with! The ordering process is so easy and I love that I get an immediate email confirmation once the order it complete and I even get a text saying that the sign is up in the front yard so I am never left wondering if it actually has been done! Thank you so much for being so wonderful to work with!

Took my car to get my roof wrapped. At first it was a nice service, very friendly. The day I had to drop off my car the material wasn't there yet so I had to go an hour later which was okay, then left my car and picked it up about and two hours later. It was really nice but they couldn't wrap the antenna fin on top of my car instead he plastidippped it, I saw no problem until later I remember I was charged extra to wrap it.

The wrap looked good, but then I realized there was a scratch on my right side under my roof and a couple others on the side. I saw the guy had his keys hanging on the side that must've been how he scratched my car. I got in contact with him and he offered to repair it the following week with a friend of his, it's been over 2 weeks and still no response and the scratches are still there. Overall horrible experience cheap wrap but now I have to pay more to get it fixe. THANKS VINCE

Definitely satisfied with the customer service I get from this business! I use them for all og my business cards and post cards as well as vinyl print and cutting! They also do the wraps on all of my company trucks! They have also printed all of my banners and signs for conventions! I would definitely recommend this business!

Needed some business card magnets made. Called so many printing places and nobody did them. Found these guys and ordered Wednesday afternoon. Job was ready for pickup Friday morning when they opened. Price was fair and product was just as expected. Will be using for some banners soon and my next trailer wrap.

I struggled to make a decision on who to use to make my Magnetic Car Signs. There where many options locally as well as many more online. I wanted to support local and I also like to see the person I'm dealing with. I requested some information regarding pricing and formatting via e-mail. I received a response the same day, with all of the information I requested.

I submitted my art work and again received a follow up confirmation. The work was completed the next day at which time I received a call and e-mail. I chose to pay on site but online payment was an option. This transaction couldn't have gone any better. The Sign Guy will be my go to when I need any printing of advertising material done. Thanks!
