We use DC gold plywood with a eucalyptus core, which is naturally termite and borer proof. We use High Density Fibreboard (HDF) for dry areas and Boiling Water Proof (BWP) plywood and High Density and High Moisture Resistant (HDHMR) plywood for wet areas.All are ISI certified. Trained carpenters and site staff ensure that your floors are protected during installation and that standard operating procedures on a 51 point checklist are followed.

The product is very good. The project execution is excellent . Only one specific issue was the planning of the material from their manufacturing location needs lots of improvement. The professional quality of stay is worth mentioning. Mr. Kazi and his team members are very attentive to the details while attending the job.

Firstly, there was little to no communication between the team, and so due to miscommunication the process took much longer than expected. There was also cost overrun, and many hidden details about the prices which were not originally listed on their website and only revealed after progress had already started. The final product was very cramped and the room space was not completely optimized. Also, some of the sample furniture shown to us was much larger than the final product. Lastly, again due to miscommunication, the team left multiple holes in our wall which we had to fix at our own expense (see attachments) But, even with the few inconveniences, we still appreciate the work they did for us, and overall decent job.
