Brad at Mail N Copy was extremely helpful when we were looking to print senior booklets for our daughter's varsity soccer team. My wedding invitations and Thank Yous came out BEAUTIFUL! 10/10 would recommend. This family is also just amazing. I had an incident where I almost got scammed out of money and they helped me stop the packages from going out and refunded my money and were just so friendly and understanding about it.

I have a great deal of niche labeling projects for my video production business, and the crew here is wonderful about specialty print jobs. One time I was too far away and was forced to visit an office supply chain that will remain nameless, but they charged me the max price for some colored copies. I learned my lesson, and all my projects will go here from now on.

I love using this place over the UPS/FedEx stores as they do everything. The staff is helpful and quick. They really appreciate their regulars and try to show off local artists with the small wares sold in store.

I needed a print shop that could help me with programs and signs for a celebration of life and what I found was a compassionate, caring, professional team of employees. I want to give a shout out especially to Michelle. She is a phenomenally talented graphic artist and lovely, lovely person as well. She helped me through the design process, refined my work, and made the final products look amazing.

I called around prior to visiting this store, specifically asking for someone to witness me and my sons signatures. When I approched Payton at Mail n Copy I explained that I would need her to witness and sign that she witnessed our signatures, we showed her our drivers license as proof, signed the 2 forms, asked her to sign as a witness and make two copies of the forms.

She witnessed our signatures, made two copies then refused to sign as a witness. Very, Very, Very poor customer service! Now we had to go home, complete and print new forms and went down the street to the UPS store to have our signatures witnessed and copies made. I will never go back to Mail n Copy as long as they continue to provide negative customer service.

I use Mail N Copy when I need to ship or send a fax. 1st class service! Also they are by far the most economical for faxing (50 cents per page less than UPS Store or Staples).

Extremely pleased with the service provided today by Kaprice at Mail N Copy Windsor! She went above and beyond in helping us with a last minute request and was a pleasure to work with. Even with our difficult requests the final bill was far below what we have paid for similar services elsewhere.
