A slim jim brochure (also known as a pocket brochure or small brochure) is typically an 8 1/2 X 11-inch sheet of paper folded twice to form six panels or an 8 1/2 X 14-inch sheet folded three times to form eight panels. Nowadays a 4" x 9" folded size allows for even more print area at approximately the same printing cost and each side can have numerous panels (5 panels per side for a total of ten is doable). Both sizes easily fit inside a standard business size envelope or in a lucite rack for trade shows, networking events, fairs, etc.
Advertising revenue may be down from the peak years, but companies and organizations still have to keep their brand and message in view of their clients and audience, whether existing or potential.
