Services
Palm Springs Printing has been a family owned and operated business since 1979. We treat our customers and employees as part of our extended family. However, Palm Springs Printing is not a small Mom & Pop business. The real key to our success for over 36 years has been the dedication and experience of the people who work with us. Our goal at Palm Springs Printing is to build strong business partnerships with our customers.
Joanell has been working in the printing industry for 35 years, 28 of which have been with Palm Springs Printing. Joanell started her career running small offset presses and later transferred to the Bindery Department. Joanell eventually advanced into the Customer Service Department where her attention to detail, printing and bindery expertise has enhanced her ability to assist our customers with their printing needs.
Our most important asset is our experienced and dedicated staff. Many have been with us for over twenty years, providing expertise and continuity. This ensures your print or direct mail projects will be delivered within budget and with the results you expect. Give us a call if there is a particular design, print or direct mail service you require that we have not listed.
We use the ECRM Mako 4 Computer to Plate System, therefore files must be sent in PDF format. This eliminates the need for film and the chemicals needed to process film. We use Dynastrip Imposition Software so there is no need for 2-up or 4-up layouts. One PDF with all the pages in order, in CMYK ( NOT RGB ), with all fonts and images embedded at a minimum 300 dpi resolution.
