Great customer service! I drop off most of my FedEx packages here and one day my labels weren't printed correctly. Blaine from Kwik Print drove my packages to my home so I could get labels reprinted and ship them out. This was above and beyond any customer service I've experienced! Definitely recommend.

I've worked with just about all of the copy shops in town as I own a training company. I've found that if you don't walk through the door with a huge door, most of the other printers and copy shops don't treat you very well. On a recent trip to KwikPrint, I walked in with an important job, but small. It required lots of detail with regard to printing, scanning, color copying etc. the staff there was friendly and super helpful - it was a great value too. All of our future work will go to KwikPrint.

Kwik Print did an amazing job with the design and printing of my wedding invitations! I reside in the metro Detroit area and they ALWAYS kept me informed and in the loop with every aspect from start to finish. I couldn't be more happier with how they turned out. Lucky fur us that we just happened to see this business after carefull bubble wrapping family antique pottery to ship home. We had gone there to help my in laws move to assisted living. We used Fedex as we have been a client for 20 plus years. Our packages arrived smashed to little bits even though every surface was marked fragile. We then filed a claim with a Fedex.
Almost 4 month's later we finally got a refund after Fedex gave us the worst runaround in history. Now, let me tell you why to use these shippers. Their employee Robert fought for us to get the standard amount the packages were insured for. He NEVER gave up. He escalated our property loss when most people would have given up. Here you have the extremes personified. Fedex being the worst company I have ever dealt with and Kwik Print with an honorable and hard working employee like Robert. Thank you for standing up for your clients Robert and Kwik Print.

A while back I posted the review below, giving Kwik Print 1 star. Since posting that review I received a message from the gentleman who printed my items. He was genuinely apologetic and I respect that he took the initiative to make things right with me. My second experience at Kwik Print was great. I plan to return for my printing needs. "I've only been there once, but it was not a very good first impression.
The guy who "helped" me was rude and demeaning when I questioned why the price was different than expected. I wasn't upset, just curious about the price gap. He then tells me "you clearly weren't listening" and explains that there was a fee for him to print my items. Mind you, he steered me away from doing it myself because the machines, as he put it "are difficult".
He then continues to tell me that he's really good at his job and that the small fee is worth it. I had a few files on a hard drive, all he did was press print. What skill is there in that?! Needless to say I left frustrated and will definitely think twice before returning."

I wouldn't think about going anywhere else in Traverse City for my print needs. Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I know my projects will come out perfect as they have redone print jobs for me that did not pass their "quality control." I did not even have to ask, and to my eye it looked fine! Thanks for keeping a professional eye on all of my projects. This place if family owned and operated, and it shows with the care and attention they give to everything they do.

One of the best businesses I have been in hands down in any industry. I had a fax to send an email to print and something to scan to email back to me. I witnessed about 4 or 5 customer interactions. The employees are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell this place is family owned and care about their customer. I wish they were located near my home as I was visiting from out of state. I love this place. They are under-valuing their service and could easily charge more.
