Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This company runs another service called "Star Chapter" with Fullsteam Operations LLC listed in their Privacy Policy. We have been using their services for a number of years through NACE, the National Association of Catering and Events. They run the backend of our site. Upon feeling muscled into an upgrade so that our site would perform in any way within the search results, we did eventually pay for an upgrade.
Once paid for, they were supposed to handle a full migration over to the new format with the amount that we paid. Upon their marking our account as "complete", they refused to fix issues in their migration. The first issue was a broken link that they incorrectly put in and that they broke when they migrated the site. This was something, luckily, that we could fix on our own.
The other major issue is that Google was still trying to index old pages of the site (which, by the way, are still live) and the links are pointing to incorrect locations. We asked for them to either write the VERY simple 301 redirect to the new related page (as should have been done during migration) or to give us access to do it ourselves. They refused.
Their advice was to try calling Google. As one who has worked for a web developer and who has built websites myself, I cannot stress how incredibly useless this reply was and how unhelpful it is to an organization such as NACE. If you are considering Fullsteam Operations LLC or StarChapter, or any of their other business ventures, I HIGHLY recommend NOT using them for anything.
