This USED to be a great place, when resident first moves in. During covid many items got "lost", when asked about they say they can't find, if you bring that to Administer she becomes hostile to you. Most of caregivers were wonderful, but Administer staff is not. My grandmother did like there was a beauty parlor there and she just loved the beautician. She was very nice and pleasant to ALL the residents. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place or ever place a lived one here again.

Wish I could honestly give it a 6. Aubrey is incredible. She always seems to be treating people with the utmost respect. She shows great professionalism and has an incredibly infectious smile

My Father lived at Autumn's Promise for 3 years. The owners are very involved with the residents and the families. My father had dementia and it was very hard for our family to make the decision. But it was the best thing we every did. My mom was able to rest when at home and enjoy my Dads company when she visited. The care staff is excellent and my Dad loved the food too. Cant say enough about our experience!

The staff are so friendly and the care taking skills are top notch. My grandmother lives there and is so well taken care of. We are very happy and so is my grandmother! The management treat her like their own family.

After experiencing less than acceptable care elsewhere we decided to move my mother to Autumn's Promise. The high quality of care and compassion that my mother received was a great relief to our entire family. We were able to visit her and be her family and not worry about her daily needs. The staff is very aware of residents needs and changes. We felt mom was safe, loved and well cared for every day! When she passed away the facility staff worked closely with hospice to make sure we were informed and comforted as needed. Such a blessing!

Would give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional staff, lack of knowledge of basic nursing skills including rest, ice and elevation.(I know this isn't a skilled nursing facility, however they advertise having an RN on staff) Conversations from staff in front of family members is very unbecoming.

Staff are very nice but management needs a little lesson with etiquette. Yelling at visitors and staff in front of anyone. Only one nursing assistant on at night very unsafe.

All I can say is do your research. Facility is very nice, but that's it. Before my mother was evaluated, owner said a med she was taking needed to be a higher dose. After a few days they insisted she be on antipsychotic meds, had to take her in for an ekg, mom was acting strangely, found out later they gave her narcotics, then staff lied about it.

She was given the antipsychotic medication and was even more out of it, incoherent, falling asleep on her feet, but left alone by staff to walk with her walker. Already had fallen twice while in their care. Investigate the practice called Chemical Restraint, that is what they do. I removed my mom after one (1) week. I feel horrible that I wasted my mom's money there. Their so called dignified dementia care is not.

The relatively new building has a very large common area which has an open concept. There is a small room for residents to use computers, an activity room and a large media room. My mother's long-term health insurance would not cover Autumn's Promise due to their type of license. Meals included, everything else is at the resident's expense.

No assistance equipment, not even a handicap door or raised toilets. No bathtub, only shower. Lots of security with coded doors. Any medical attention must be arranged through outside service and costs extra, i.e. Blood draw, physical or occupational therapy. We enjoyed having mom in this small facility until the staff argued with our physicians. On one occasion, Autumn's Promise insisted I take my mother to the ER, against doctors advice.

The risk of injury and possible bleeding was greater to transport her than if she stayed in bed while under doctor observation and medication. The ER doctors told me they had several other instances of Autumn's Promise staff acting against physicians advice and taking action that caused undue risk for the patient. Our doctor told us to move my mother out of Autumn's Promise.
