Submitted 2 inquiries via website's contact page within a week's time. no response. They state a 24 hour turnaround to make contact on new inquiries. When I called to follow up, was told they never received any inquiries. Sounds like either their website contact link is not working properly, or they are not checking it regularly. Either way, not feeling like a dependable firm to me before even starting out. I think I will continue shopping for a firm to design my company's site.

Pacific iWorks is the best design firm in Hawaii. I am not a computer guy and Jeff Powell went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and had the best website for my business, even coming over to my house multiple times to teach me how to use my site. He even helped with creating a video for me. Business owners, you are making a mistake if you go with anyone else.

First class. I think many would be surprised to find a local company that is capable of such professional web design but now you know, there is at least one. In addition, I found Jeff to be a consummate professional and easy to work with. I don't see how you could do better than Pacific iWorks.
