I've had an amazing experience doing business with Captain Jerry's. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. To top it all off, the quality is great and the turn around time is always super fast!

My experience with Captain Jerry's Custom T-Shirts was fantastic! Another colleague used their service before and gave me one of his musician T-shirts as a gift. I loved the quality of that shirt. It held up nicely after many washes and the artwork never faded. So, when I needed T-shirts done for a positive community event, I was referred to the same provider. Doug at Captain Jerry's helped bring my vision and positive community message of "Choose Love Over Hate" to life in a wonderful T-shirt design!

The turnaround completion time of the shirts were more than reasonable and they accommodated my deadline needs. The pricing is affordable and the staff go out of their way to make sure the customer has options and gets a quality product/service. The owner and everyone who works there are super friendly. They are honest, passionate and will take as much time as it takes to ensure they bring your vision to life. The prices truly don't match the level of service I have been provided. I have been serviced multiple times by a very talented young man named Doug. Each time I am serviced by Doug I am taken back by his level of passion. He and the rest of the staff at Captain Jerrys are second to none.

They're one of the best we've worked with! We do corporate event planning for large national companies where branding really matters. Their communication and especially quality is outstanding. They went above and beyond and will definitely use them for all our projects!

Andy and Doug do absolutely exceptional work. Their attention to detail is something one could only hope for when having someone design and develop custom printed apparel. The turn around time was faster than what every other printing company offered, and they were always there to answer my questions and made sure to run everything by me before I received my order.

The promptness and perfectly printed designs is enough in itself to make me use them from here on out. You just don't get product and customer service of this quality when you deal with big corporations. I wasn't sure about my design because I am nothing close to an artist but with their expert graphic designer, and the idea of what I had in my head, Doug was able to create a design better than what I had imagined. You definitely will not be disappointed if you use Captain Jerry's for all of your apparel (and whatever else you want your design/logo printed on) needs!

Amazing customer service and the turn around times are incredible! Always get the job done the screen printing is quality after multiple washes. All of the people who were my Merch constantly compliment the top level quality. BEST IN BALTIMORE I WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT.

I have been buying t-shirts and hoodies from Cap't Jerry for 15 years. I have never, ever been disappointed! The pricing is fair, and the prompt professional service is unmatched. I can get shirts for a little less on line, but why would I? The quality is better with Dean and Andy's crew, they work with you on graphics, and they always make it right on the rare occasion when something is not perfect, In the long run, you save time and money! Friendly PERSONAL service. Like doing business with family. That's the feeling I always get!

Just got a t-shirt made for my buddy's 40th birthday and it was amazing. I told Emily that I need it made in 3 to 4 days. They had it done in 3 days. The prices are comparable to other places in Baltimore. Very professional and quality shirts are made here. Trust me I've tried other places before and this is the best place in Baltimore to have your t-shirts made.

I put in a order for a quote for a t-shirt design that I wanted to start selling on my online boutique and never heard back from them. I called and spoke with a lady at the store to ask her why no one ever responded to my online quote, and she said they were short workers in the store. I had a friend put in a bogus order and they received a quote right away.hmmm I wonder why I was ignored? I read so many reviews on how this place is so great! Unfortunately, they weren't so great to me.

I got shirts made by Capt Jerry's a few years ago and the shirts are still in mint condition.and I don't even follow wash instructions like I should.haha Went to them again recently, and still, the same excellent customer service I remember. Very helpful and patient. I really enjoy that they take pride in their work. I will certainly be a return customer for years to come. A++ :
