Just switched to lv.net after being a Cox customer for 8+ years. The tech that came out to set up (Jose) was respectful and answered all my questions. Everyone I have talked to has been great and I'm looking forward to Internet that actually works.

These guys are the best! During the installation, the LV.net guys came to our home twice to make sure we were getting the best signal possible. We have not had any problems. The bandwidth is surprisingly strong; enough for what we need and fairly priced. The best part is not dealing with bundles of channels/services we don't need and other sales gimmicks from the big broadband guys (Cox, Comcast, etc). Just internet works for us. We'll take the freedom and the lack of annoying calls/e-mails. Again, thanks to the LV.net team!

This is the best co-location company ever! Whenever there is an issue, they resolve it right away. Been with them for many years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I recently moved and FINALLY got away from lv.net's deathgrip. i have the same speed service with a new ISP that lv.net "provided", yet it's somehow 100x faster. and that's not an exaggeration in the least, if anything i'm being kind. these cowards (the owner in particular) actually called my ex-landlord and threatened to shut down services if i left another bad review, all this after telling me personally that my landlord was too cheap to even afford them. their basic 50mb service operated at 50kbps for years on end, and they continually denied it despite the obvious facts and refused to ever fix it. go check out their "offices" on eastern and sahara, it's an abandoned building with a van out front, real classy

I was having issues with cox and century link, cox had been giving me the run around for a long time and lv net came to my rescue in 2 days I was upset at first with the first installation tech who had no customer service and attitude but after a call they sent another tech in less than 30 mins who stayed until he made sure be helped me and went above what he had to do to make me a happy customer, he even called the manager and the manager was really nice and helped me too, soooo yess I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LV NET saves you headaches it's pricey but worth it to me after months of my kids struggling to do school work and me not being able to watch my cartoons, so if your thinking about it, try lv net you will be satisfied

We needed help with our WiFi mesh system setup and Jaime came to the rescue. He was timely, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Lvnet office staff are local, answer calls and even return calls! Great service all the way around.

They did a good job installing. Internet works lol. I'm glad we're not with Cox.

Rocco Dapice was assigned to remove my equipment today when I canceled my service. I was hesitant about leaving until he got here. Now I know I made the right decision. Rocco was scheduled to be here between 11a and 1p but he didn't get here until nearly 3:30pm. He told me "he gets here when he gets here" when I asked about the delay. I just had surgery yesterday and had someone here with me during the scheduled time but they left at 2pm so it was very difficult for me to get down the stairs alone for him.

He was not only rude but also stomped hard enough to shake the dishes on the counter downstairs while removing the equipment from the clay shingles on my home. I'm certain he caused unrelated damage to the roof.

Hello. I had Cox for 5 years when they decided to downgrade my service at the same cost I was currently paying. I was paying $113 a month. They then offered to upgrade my service back to what I originally had for $13. more a month. They then wanted to use my wifi service as a Hot Spot for their customers. No Thanks! So I turned to LV.NET. so far so good. service is working with no issues.

Joseph came and set up my internet he was very quick and helpful. I highly recommend him and LV.Net.

Great service. I just have the standard unlimited microwave wireless service, and I stream lots of TV and sports with zero buffering. My service is always on and reliable. I'm not a gamer. So don't really know about this, but for business, Google meets and zoom, and streaming TV services like FUBO, it's wonderful. Unlimited data with no throttling.

We were so impressed with this company! From setting up service to tech support, their service was excellent and quick. We had a lot of special needs and requests for our wifi installation and LV.Net was willing to not only take those requests but carried it out perfectly and in a timely manner. We were never stuck on hold or had to wait more than 30 minutes for an answer to anything. Everyone was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with our service.

Rocco was the technician that came out to my apartment to set up my service and router. He was prompt, hard working, and was set on making sure my connection was 110%. Considering most would consider LV NET an "alternative" ISP, I would choose them every single time knowing they are a competitive service to other internet options. Keep it up guys! It's great having real internet again in my life.

We have "cut the cord" and used LV Net as our Internet provider for three years. The service has been reliable and we stream a lot of video. Highly recommend LV Net. Their tracking system is really cool and shows you exactly where your tech support is when you need service. Great local Vegas company!

Excellent customer service. I've never had to wait for an actual person to pick up the phone. Unfortunately we had to cancel service because they're not an authorized provider for my wife's work from home job.

Hey, did I have a piece of mind when I called LV.net for service with them again on 07/13/2021. On 07/17/2021my service with tech Rocoo Dapice was excellent. Tech was professional, knew what he was there for taken care of issue and then answered all my questions and done in minutes. He was friendly and courteous. LV.net is far more better than cox or century link.

Those two companies fibb about LOB and products offered and intern charge much. LV.net has no hidden fees and the internet service is great and faster than their competition internet service. I was not disappointed at all. I have found my new internet home and here to stay! Thank you LV.net

Great service! Oh, it was a pleasant surprise given Southern Nevada's home WiFi monopoly! Give these guys a chance, and their service won't disappoint you!

Literally so annoyed. I get home from work and my internet is not working. For the second time in two months! I am forced to have LV Net, my apartment complex does not offer any other services. Previously I had COX, I had them for two years with NO issues, AND I paid less for the same quality of internet! So I call Lv net and roger informs me they are aware of the problem at my apartment complex.

They do not send out notifications nor do they know when the problem will be fixed. Considering A LOT of people are still working from home right now this is a huge issue. I CANT STAND THIS COMPANY! The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because the customer service is always polite.

I have been a client since 1999 and I can't say enough about the level off service. I started with a small account and since then my business just expanded to a multi million dollar. LV.net was with me along the way. I watched them grow as they supported and serviced my servers. Nothing but a phenomenal experience and a ultra friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great service! Switched from Cox a little over a year ago after having a NIGHTMARE experience with Cox internet once we moved into our new office space. 3 months going back and forth with Cox I finally decided to try another internet company and was refferd to LV.net from a trusted friend. They have been nothing but AMAZING ever since! The service has went out 2 or 3 times, but was fixed immediately each time!

Unlike cox which takes days some times to get right. Their customer service feels like old school business. You can actually talk to a real human right away and they help you trouble shoot or make sure they get the problem resolved right away. Everyone that I've talked to in the company has been excellent! I would HIGHLY recommend LV.net for business internet! (Haven't switched or used residential yet but I have no doubt they'd be just as good with that too). Don't let the "BIG" internet companies let you think there aren't other options out there.

Go with LV.net for better service and better care. Also we run a live video streaming / internet radio station out of the office and their service is smooth and runs everything we're doing with ease! So we're not just using it for basic computer internet usage. Kwon - Guerilla Cross Media

I had their service for over a year & loved them! If the other company hadn't come with such a cheap price I would've stayed with LV Net forever! Super responsive 24/7 service!

They did an excellent job for me. at first it didn't look like they going to be able to get a signal but Matthew kept trying now my internet works great.

Their Internet is OK. I would say anything will be better than the competition really. Cox or century link are like the devil pretty much. So I will gladly give my money to any competitor. I'm pretty happy with them so far. There's not a lot of choices anyways. I'm just happy that I answer the phone fast and that my bill is the same price every month. With Cox you never know

I've called your phone number numerous times and "tickets" have been created. The problem is fixed.and stays fixed for less than a day. Then. I have to call back.for the same experience. Your fixes don't last and your service isn't good enough.!

I can not achieve the down load amount per the contract. 25/5. Many times the down load is low as 15 Mbps, while being hard wire to their P.O.E. device. The phone support tells me the low transfer rate is acceptable. My question is if you were to pay for a hamburger and get 75 to 80 of what you paid for, would you be happy with a smaller amount. Well sir. So far they can't deliver.
