Worse service ever. Not very ethical at all and the statements sent are not up todate and they charge your missed payment as a new loan even though that loan amount missed is already added to your current loan balance, so technically you paying them twice. Oh and even when you have paid the month you skipped the amount doesn't get deducted from your current balance. Interesting how this company is still around.

Phoned them to change my debit order, got told over the phone my debit order date has been changed, debit order date wasn't changed and went off before my salary was in. Tried to contact them and the line gets dropped, requested a settlement amount and haven't received any feedback. Also asked them to change my personal details as my surname changed, this has also not been done. Wonder if I stop paying if I will then have someone phone me and sort out all my queries.

This is the worst company to do business with! If only I could give a minus score. I received an email on 23 March saying my refund of the settlement amount would be paid within 5-10 working days, but in the meantime they debit my account with another installment. I receive no comms from them about that so I call and was given the runaround by someone who actually decided to pick up the phone that day.
Eventually the installment was refunded but now I'm trying to enquire about the original refund which was due and of course now I can't get hold of anyone on the telephone. Do yourselves a favor, rather go to any other company for quick loans but don't go to Direct (IDIOTS) Axis.

After paying my debt IN FULL in November 2021 Direct Axis continued to debit my account until February 2022. When I FINALLY managed to speak to someone I received HALF of the amount due to me. I am at my wits end, they NEVER reply to my emails and now I think that this a ploy. They don't answer queries in the hope that their customers that they owe refunds to will get sick and tired of trying. I fully expect their standard reply saying this is now resolved.

Its doesn't matter if the error is on their systems, the customer service is non existent. After laying a complaint the email reply is 24hr promise of returning the call.which becomes you calling the call centre 1 week after the fact. When you asked to be transferred to someone with higher authority you are put on hold till the call drops. All this with an account up to date, imagine if was in arrears.probably call everyday and camp outside your house.

The service is very poor, when you call, they don't pick up the phone. They listed me as having two accounts with them at the DMC but I hav one account with them even at the Credit bureau the account is one, I want to pay off my account so the balances at the credit bureau and DMC are not the same. I've been calling them with DMC but no luck. I'm very frustrated.
